Participation costs

All prices are fixed in EURO and include taxes.
Minimum area required is 6 sqm.

Exhibitor's fee: €140

Includes:
account management; stand security; basic entry in the Forum catalogue and 1 copy of the catalogue; requested number of participant badges and complimentary tickets; 1 invitation ticket to the Official luncheon.

ОOrganizer ensures safe environment at the Exhibition. Organizer is in charge of aisle cleaning in the Exhibition pavilion. Delivery and customs registration of cargo, hotel reservation, and exclusive stand arrangement are provided under separate agreement. Sale of articles at the Exhibition should be made in compliance with the effective legislation of Ukraine.

Exhibition area costs: €180 / 1 sqm
Includes: wall panels; carpet; fascia panel with company name (no more than 15 symbols, font standard); 1 plug socket 220V; 2 spotlights; 1 table; 2 chairs; 1 trash can, 1 tab.

Indoor stand space only: €161 / 1 sqm

Outdoor space: €37 / 1 sqm
Ground in front of the exhibition pavilion entrance

Surcharge for stand type:

• 1-side open (+0%)
• 2-side open (+15%)
• 3-side open (+20%)
• 4-side open/2-level (+30%)

Additional services and equipment for Exhibition are available for extra payment.

Advertisement in the Official Catalogue:

Prices are stated in EUR and are inclusive of VAT and advertisement tax

Take-out package: €200

Includes:

• Basic entry in the Forum catalogue;
• Positioning of the Participant's advertisement leaflets and posters at the Information stand;
• Forum information materials delivery by mail.
