In June 2006, Alchevsk Iron and Ore Works decreased rolled metal production and increased steel output and cast iron production.
In the period under review, the works decreased rolled metal output by 4.3% against May 2006 to 291.5 ths tons, while steel output stepped up by 1.3% to 327.2 ths tons, and cast iron production – by 0.9% to 260 ths tons.
As it was reported, in May 2006, the enterprise increased rolled metal output by 5% against April 2006 to 304.6 ths tons, decreased steel production by 6% to 322.9 ths tons, and cast iron – by 3.4% to 257.6 ths tons. Source: UGMK.INFO.
