All prices include taxes.
Exhibitor's fee:
EUR 140
Organization work; stand security; basic entry in the Forum catalogue and 1 copy of the catalogue; requested number of participant badges and complimentary tickets; 1 invitation ticket to the Official luncheon.
Exhibition area cost:
- Equipped space:
EUR 180/1 sq.m.
Includes: wall panels; carpet; fascia panel with company name (no more than 15 symbols, font standard); 1 plug socket 220V; 2 spotlights; 1 table; 2 chairs; 1 trash can, 1 tab. - Indoor stand space only:
EUR 161/1 sq.m.
Draft of individual design stand on space only is negotiated with Organizers
- Outdoor space:
EUR 37/1 sq.m.
Ground in front of the exhibition pavilion entrance
Surcharge for stand type:
- 1-side open (+0%),
- 2-side open (+15%),
- 3-side open (+20),
- 4-side open/2-level (+30%).
Additional services and equipment for Exhibition are available for extra payment.
Minimum area required is 6 sq. m.
Organizer ensures safe environment at the Exhibition. Organizer is in charge of aisle cleaning in the Exhibition pavilion. Delivery and customs registration of cargo, hotel reservation, and exclusive stand arrangement are provided under separate agreement. Sale of articles at the Exhibition should be made in compliance with the effective legislation of Ukraine.
Take-out package
Take-out package (EUR 140) includes basic entry in the Forum catalogue, positioning of the Participant's advertisement leaflets and posters at the Information stand; Forum information materials delivery by mail (1 copy of the catalogue; the Metal monthly special edition; materials of Conference, workshops, round table events, presentations held at the Forum).

After Organizer receives application form, a contract for participation will be e-mailed to you within 1 working day. Once the contract is signed and returned to Organizers, you will receive an invoice.
