Please, fill in the exhibition application (attached) and fax it to +38 (044) 451-84-34; 246-41-09 or by e-mail forum@dzi.mfert.gov.ua After Organizers receive application form, a contract for participation in the Conference will be faxed to you within 1 working day. The invoice will be issued after the contract is signed and returned to Organizers.
Payment for participation in the Conference is effected on the basis of invoice via bank transfer to the Organizer's bank account.
